Celebrating New Year's in Pine Plains

Amidst hosting guests at The Pines over New Year's, The Pines management enjoyed a holiday bash at The Stissing House.

Michel & Patricia Jean of The Stissing House outdid themselves with a fabulous menu and wonderful, festive atmosphere.

Petit Gougére de Fromage chaud
Smoked Salmon on toast with mascarpone cream
Fried Artichokes and Wild Mushrooms

Oysters with American sevruga caviar garnish
